摘    要:在金属带无级变速传动效率试验测试的基础上,建立了金属带-行星齿轮无级变速传动效率分析模型,获得了传动效率随传动速比、传递扭矩和输入转速等因素的变化规律,从而为金属带-行星齿轮无级变速传动控制策略的制定和变速器产品的开发打下基础。分析结果显示:该无级变速传动方式较目前广泛采用的纯金属带无级变速传动和双状态无级变速传动系统具有更好的效率分布特性。

Abstract:A metal belt and planetary gear continuously variable transmission system has features of a large transmission torque and a wide range of speed ratio. On the base of the efficiency experiments on a metal belt continuously variable transmission system, an efficiency analysis model was established for a metal belt and planetary gear continuously variable transmission system. The rules of variations for the transmission efficiency vs. the speed ratio, the torque and the input speed were obtained, which provided an applicable reference to the control strategy regulation and gearbox design for a vehicle with continuously variable transmission system. The research results indicate that the efficiency distributing characteristics of a metal belt planetary gear continuously variable transmission is better than those of a metal pushing belt and a double state hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission.
