| 摘 要： | ［目的］了解邵阳不同产地烟叶化学成分的部位特征。［方法］烟叶样品采自邵阳县、隆回县和新宁县，通过试验测定和计算研究了其化学成分的部位特征。［结果］ 同一产地不同部位烟叶的还原糖含量差异显著。3产地烟叶总氮、钾和石油醚提物含量的部位特征分别为：上部叶〉下部叶〉中部叶、下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶和上部叶〉中部叶〉下部叶。新宁和隆回上部叶与中部叶的烟碱含量分别相差2.12%和1.28%。3产区下部叶烟碱含量的变异系数均在0.25以上，上部叶的平均变异系数为0.17。3产区烟叶的氯含量均未超标，且相对偏低。3产区下部叶的挥发碱含量稳定性低于中上部。3产区烟叶的糖/碱值和氮/碱值的部位特征均为：下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶。［结论]邵阳市各烟区烟叶的化学成分具有比较明显的部位特征。
