摘    要:分别在花后7、14、21、28、30、32和34 d采集夏果型品种“费尔杜德”(Fertod Zamatos)和秋果型品种“哈瑞太兹”(Heritage)果实,测定其可溶性总糖、还原性糖、可滴定酸、原果胶、可溶性果胶、淀粉、纤维素含量.结果表明,两品种果实发育期间可溶性总糖、可溶性果胶含量均逐渐增加;还原性糖含量先增加,到花后32 d达到最高值,然后略有减少;总酸含量表现为先增加后减少趋势,在花后28 d达到最高值,原果胶、淀粉表现出同样的变化趋势,分别在花后21、14 d达到最高值;纤维素含量均持续减少,花后34 d达到最小值.

Abstract:Cultivars Fertod Zamatos,a summer fruiting type and Heritage,an autumn fruiting type were used for experimental materials in this study,the fruits were collected after blossom for 7,14,21,28,30,32 and 34 d,respectively.The contents of soluble sugar,reducing sugar,titrable acidity,the original pectin,soluble pectin,starch,cellulose were measured.The results showed that the contents of soluble total sugar,soluble pectin increased gradually during the fruit development of both cultivars.The content of reducing sugar showed a increasing trend generally,and on 32 d after blossom which achieved its maximum,then decreasing slightly.But the contents of titrable acidity,the original pectin,starch increased at first,then decreased,achieved the maximum on 28,21,14 d after blossom,respectively.Otherwise,the contents of cellulose decreased continually and achieved its minimum on 34 d after blossom.
