| 摘 要： | 随着技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)和卫生与动植物检疫措施壁垒(SPS)替代传统的关税和非关税壁垒,我国水果出口频频受阻.如何应对国外的TBT和SPS壁垒,是当前需要研究的重要课题.分析现阶段我国水果出口受阻的现状,揭示水果出口受阻的原因,最后有针对性的提出若干政策建议.

| Abstract: | With TBT and SPS bulwark replacing traditional tariff non-tariff bulwark,fruit exports had been frequently suffocated.How to reply foreign TBT and SPS bulwark which need us to study in current.This article analyzed the actuality of fruits export suffocated of China in current and found out the reason,lastly put forward many policy measures. |
