摘    要:1995-1996年分别对零型海岛棉新海10号和新海13号全程8个生育期1-20节位叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重的检测表明,各节位叶片的叶绿素a、b、a+b含量、a/b比值和比叶重随叶序增大或生育期的延续而呈现由高、低、低→高→低、低→高的直线和单峰曲线变化;零型海岛棉虽属阳生植物,但中部节位叶片叶绿素含量较高,a/b比值较低,与其它节位叶片相比表现出阴生植物特性;叶绿素a/b比值随叶位的下降而减小,随生育进程而递降,使棉株耐密植、耐阴性逐渐增强;各期各节位叶片的叶绿素a、b、a+b含量与比叶重之间分别呈正相关。上述结果为揭示零型海岛棉密植高产的光合生理机制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Determination of chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight (SLW) of leaves from 1 -20th nodes at eight different development stages of zero-fruit-branch sea island cotton Xinhai No.10 and No. 13 in 1995 - 1996 showsthat: (1 )Contents of chlorophyll a, b, a b, a/b ratio and specific leaf weight are from increase to decrease,first decrease to increases then decrease,decrease to increase respectively as leaf order increases or cotton grows. (2)Although this is a sun plant species,compared with leaves at other parts, leaves at middle parts(7- 14th) have a higher chlorophyll contents, lower chlorphyll a/b ratio, showing some characteristics of shade plant. (3)Chlorophyll a/b ratio decreases as leaf position become lower, cotton grows older, these made the species have a better shade tolerance and density tolerance. (4)There is a positive correlation between contents of chlorophyll a,b, a b and specific leaf weight at different leaf position indifferent development stage. These findings make a foundation to define the physiological mechanism for photosynthesis of high- yielding, high- density zero-fruit -branch sea island cotton.
