| Abstract: | On 2nd of March, Huilong which aims to build the Wal-Mart in Chinese fertilizer industry got listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This is the sign that Huilong becomes the first listed enterprise in China agricultural means of production distributing area, and also the first listed enterprise for Chinese supply and marketing cooperatives in recent years. With rapid development of fertilizer chain in recent years, Huilong has got its business model well accepted in the industry. |
