闭口帽型薄壁梁压溃历程的精确仿真

摘    要:应用数值仿真方法对车辆抵抗碰撞的典型构件进行了压溃历程研究。对比试验数据,分析了4个关键因素对变形模式和仿真精度的影响,得到闭口单帽型薄壁梁获得稳定压溃模式的参数控制方法。提出了车架前端耐撞构件兼顾吸能最大化与吸能平顺化的两步设计法。

Abstract:The collapse history of a typical impact member in vehicle was studied by numerical simulation technology.Compared with experimental results,four important factors affecting the collapse mode and simulation accuracy of thin-walled beam with closed-hat section were discussed respectively.The parameter adjustment method obtaining regular axial collapse modes was presented.Furthermore,a two-step law was proposed for crashworthiness design of structural component with both maximum and smooth energy absorption performance.
