甜高粱秸秆发酵生产乙醇的研究

摘    要:实验结果表明:用2.0%NaOH+2.0%HCl预处理的甜高粱秸秆粉纤维素含量可以达到52.56%,显著高于未经处理的甜高粱秸秆粉;甜高粱秸秆粉经2.0%HCl+2.0%NaOH预处理后,糖化效果优于其它处理;当糖化温度为50℃时,甜高粱秸秆粉的糖化率最高;反应体系的pH为5.0时,糖化率最高;糖化时酶加量以15 IU/g为宜;3种突变菌株比较而言,lwl79发酵产乙醇比较高,乙醇终浓度为15.48 g/L。

Abstract:The experiment in the production of ethanol by fermentation of sweet sorghum stalk was carried out,the results showed that the cellulose content in sweet sorghum stalk powder pretreated with 2.0% NaOH + 2.0% HCl could reach 52.56%,being significantly higher than that in untreated sweet sorghum stalk powder.Pretreatment of sweet sorghum stalk powder with 2.0% HCl + 2.0% NaOH had better saccharification effect than other treatments.As the saccharification temperature was at 50 ℃ or the pH-value of the reaction system was 5.0,the saccharification rate of sweet sorghum stalk powder was the highest.The optimum enzyme supplement for the saccharification was 15 IU/g.Among three kinds of mutant strains,the ethanol yield through lwl79 fermentation was the highest,being 15.48 g/L.
