| 摘 要： | 以保定市农村为例对农村文化贫困现状进行分析，对“农家书屋”工程是消除农村文化贫困的客观要求进行了论述，进而提出科学管理“农家书屋”的长效措施，即强化政府文化职能，建立、完善“农家书屋”管理机制；拓展“农家书屋”平台媒介、村际互动宣传、教育与再教育等新功能。

| Abstract: | In this paper the current situation of peasant culture poverty was analyzed, taking Baoding City as a example, and the functions of farmer＇s bookstores on eliminating peasant culture poverty were discussed, and then the long-term measures on the scientific management of farmer＇s bookstores were proposed, such as strengthening government functions on culture, establishing the management mechanism of farmer＇s bookstores, extending new functions of farmer＇s bookstores. |
