摘    要:60头50日龄的德系安哥拉兔,分成5组喂以不同水平的粗纤维和能量饲料,各组分别为(CF%/DE Mcal/kg):3.6/3.472,9.6/3.115,14.2/2.746,19.2/2.448,23.9/2.103,经过一周,第一、二组的腹泻发生率为60及13.3%,试验结果表明,兔低纤维高能饲粮引起的腹泻与改变肠道内环境及微生物区系有关;整个饲养期内其生长速以14.2/2.746组为最佳。

Abstract:Five groups of 15,15,30,10 and 30 rabbits(50-day-old)were given diets with CF(%)/DE(Meal/kg): 3.6/3.472,9.6/3.115,14.2/2.746,19.2/2.448,23.9/2.103.After one week,Diarrhea incidence of rabbit was 60 and 13.3% in first and second group,respectively.Caecum microbial flora,Eh,and VFA of all the rabbits have changed in some dergee.The results showed that rabbit dirrhea resulted from low fiber,and high energy diets was related to the changing microbial flora,Eh,pH and VFA in caecum.The rabbit growth of the third group(14.2/2.746)was the best.
