棉花抗虫新杂交材料研究

摘    要:以转基因Bt抗虫棉为供体亲本,以一组高产,抗病或抗虫品种(系)为母本杂交培育了一批抗虫杂交新材料,结果证明以无蜜腺棉与Bt转基因品系杂交获得的杂交种在产量,品质和抗虫性方面表现最好,是一种理想的抗虫新材料。

Abstract:A batch of new cross materials derived from the crosses between a Bt transgenic line used as a providing parent, and several normal lines used as maternal plant, had high yield and resistance to disease or insects. The results showed that the cross breed from the cross between a nectariless stock and the Bt transgenic line had reached the best condition in the cotton yield, quality and resistance to insects. It is a desirable new materials resistant to insects.
