| 摘 要： | 以红王子锦带叶片、幼嫩茎段为材料,研究了不同因素对红王子锦带愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导和增殖的最佳培养基为MS1;附加激素组合为NAA1.0 mg/L 6-BA3.0 mg/L时,愈伤质地紧实,颜色鲜艳,且伴有不定芽分化;以室内叶背面向上和幼嫩茎段纵切面向上接种时,愈伤组织诱导率可达95%以上,生长良好;暗培养25 d后再进行光培养可以提高愈伤组织诱导速度和愈伤质量。

| Abstract: | With sections of newly spouted shoots and leaves of Weigela florida cv.'Red-prince',the influences of different factors on callus induction were studied.The results showed that MS_1 was more suitable for callus induction and multiplication culture.Texture of callus was closing and bright in medium appended to NAA1.0 mg/L and 6-BA3.0mg/L,in which single bud could be induced.The rate of callus induction was more 95% by leaf back and shoot slit upturned.The inducing speed and quality of callus were heightened by 25 daysdark culture firstly,and then dayslight culture. |
