红花檵木组培快繁技术的研究

摘    要:为满足生产上对红檵木的需求,深入研究了红花檵木的组培快繁技术。结果表明:红花檵木组培快繁中,初代培养基MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1;继代增殖培养基MS+6-BA 0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1;生根培养基1/2MS+IAA 2.5mg·L-1+0.1%活性炭;继代培养和生根培养时用有透气孔的培养瓶有利于组培苗以及组培苗根系的生长。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the demand for Lorpetalum chindense on production,the optimum medium of tissue culture and fast propagation were studied.The results showed that the optimum primary medium was MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1.The optimum multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1.The optimum root medium was 1/2MS+IAA 2.5mg·L-1+0.1%AC(active carbon).The tissue culture bottle with air holes was conducive to the growth of seedlings and roots.
