牡丹AM菌根菌自然侵染率的调查

摘    要:本研究对河南洛阳和山东菏泽五个采样点的五个牡丹品种的AM菌根自然侵染率进行了调查。结果表明:所调查的牡丹品种均有菌根侵染,但其AM菌根的自然侵染率因品种、立地条件而异。在五个采样点中,以菏泽赵楼牡丹园的自然侵染率为最高;在所调查的五个品种中,‘凤丹’的自然侵染率最高。

Abstract:Natural occurrence of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi in Chinese tree-peony was investigated in Luoyang of Henan province and Heze of Shandong province The results showed that AM fungi was presented in all the investigated trees, but the infection percentage varied with localities and varieties The infection percentage of tree-peony was the highest in Zhaoloumudanyuan of Heze, and among the five varieties, the infection percentage of Fengdan was the highest
