基于生命周期理论的发动机再制造过程研究

摘    要:为降低发动机再制造成本,并提升发动机的性能,以再制造发动机为研究对象,运用生命周期理论,建立生命周期模型,并对其工艺过程与评估准则进行研究.同时,以斯太尔WD615发动机和康明斯B型发动机为例,通过数据计算,得到再制造零部件的经济效益.研究表明:再制造发动机能够有效地节约成本;通过对修复后的零部件与新技术结合,其性能能够接近于新成品.证明发动机再制造相对于新机制造拥有巨大的环境、能源和经济优势.

Model Research on Engine Reproducing Based on Life Cycle

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of engine remanufacturing and improve the engine's working ability, the remanufacturing engine is taken as the research object, the life cycle theory is applied, the life cycle model is built and its technological process and evaluation criterions are researched. Meanwhile, through calculating the data of the WD615 engine and Cummins B type engine, the economic benefits of remanufacturing parts are got. Research shows that the engine remanufacturing can effectively save the cost, and through the combination of the repaired parts and new technologies, its performance can be close to new products. It proves that the engine remanufacturing has greater advantages than the new manufacture on the environment, energy and economy.
