基于Cruise的某客车传动比的优化

摘    要:通过对某型客车建立AVL Cruise整车仿真模型,与企业提供的设计目标进行比对,反复修改以保证整车模型的精度,将Cruise与Isight集成,以变速器速比和主减速器速比为设计变量,以NEDC循环工况百公里油耗量作为设计目标,用多岛遗传算法对模型进行求解,达到了优化整车的动力性和燃油经济性的目的。

Abstract:A coach taken as an example, the coach simulation model is set up based on AVL Cruise. By comparing and analyzing the results of the simulation and design target parameters provided by the enterprise, the unreasonable places are corrected repeatedly to ensure the accuracy of the established coach model. By integrating the optimization software Isight and Cruise, the optimization model is established eventually. The model set transmission ratios and final drive ratio as the design variables, take the NEDC cycle hundreds of kilometers fuel consumption as design goal, and then choose Many Island Genetic Algorithm to solve the optimization model. The coach power performance and fuel economy are improved after optimization.
