摘    要:中药材黄柏经黑曲霉菌液发酵15 d后,将发酵后药材烘干、氨醇水浸泡、索式提取等方法处理,与未发酵原药材比较小檗碱含量变化。检测结果表明,经黑曲霉菌液发酵过的黄柏中游离态小檗碱含量较高。该结论可为进一步开发中药发酵饲料添加剂提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper,a traditional Chinese medicine Cortex phellodendri was fermented by Aspergillus niger for 15 days.The resulting leavening was dried,then immersed in NH3-ethanol and extracted by Soxhlet method.The results showed that the leavening had the highest berberine contents in Cortex phellodendri after fermentation by Aspergillus niger.
