| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药复方多糖分级组分及不同纯度对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖作用。方法：用ConA诱导T淋巴细胞增殖,用MTT法测定淋巴细胞的增殖能力。结果：水煎剂、总多糖、分级组分2、纯化组分2均可极显著促进小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,并能增加ConA诱导T淋巴细胞增殖。结论：中药复方的不同活性部位具有不同的免疫调节活性。
