| 摘 要： | 在对沙棘木蠹蛾危害情况进行调查时,从死亡的沙棘树干内发现了罹病致死的沙棘木蠹蛾,通过对虫尸体内病原真菌的分离与鉴定,确定为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)。经室内致病力测定,接种浓度4亿/mL、8亿/mL、12亿/mL,54 d的感病率分别是72.22%、83.33%、100%,证明球孢白僵菌是沙棘木蠹蛾的病原菌。同时表明浓度越高感病率越高。 |

| Abstract: | The dead Holeocerus hippophaecolus were found in dead trunk of Hippophae rhamnoides L.during investigating the damage situation of Holeocerus hippophaecolus.Through isolating and identifying the pathogenic fungi in dead body of Holeocerus hippophaecolus,it was determined as Beauveria bassiana.According to determining the indoor pathogenic ability,infective rate were separately 72.22 percent,83.33 percent and 100 percent in 54 days when inoculative concentration were 400 millions/ mL,800 millions/ mL and 1 200 millions/ mL,which Beauveria bassiana was determined as the pathogenic fungi of Holeocerus hippophaecolus.The higher the concentration was,the higher the infective rate was. |
