| 摘 要： | 分期播种的5460温敏核不育系(5460TS)的5个株系,于7月4日至9月2日连续抽穗。这期间,其花粉和颖花育性随温度而变化,可分为转败期、完全不育期和转可育波动期。达到制种要求的完全败育期约20天。抽穗前12天,即减数分裂期是5460TS 花粉育性转换的敏感时期,诱导雄性不育的温度约为29℃。5460TS 播种至齐穗天数为80-100天,活动积温2200℃左右。供试5个株系的花粉育性转换特性和生育期等农艺性状皆整齐一致。

| Abstract: | Five family lines of 5460TS were sown every other 15 days from April 1 to May 30 and flowered continuously from July 4 to September 2.The pollen fertility and seed-setting rate of 5460TS during this period varied with day-temperature,which could be devided into three stages,namely,the stage of transforming to sterlity,the entirely sterility stage which lasted about 20 days,and the stage of transforming to fertility.The high temperature above 28℃ induces the pollen sterility completely,hence the spikelet sterility,in the duration of 12 days before heading,namely the meiosis phase.The days of sowing to heading were 80 to 100 days depensed on the sowing date and the active accumulative temperature was about 2200 ℃.No signifcant difference among all five family lines was found for the property of fertility transformation,hcading time and the other economic important characters. |
