| 摘 要： | 对食品化学实验教学中的一些经验进行总结,分析了其中存在的问题,从实验内容、实验教学方法、考核方式等方面阐述了在实验教学中的改革措施。实践证明,这样的改革可有效地提高实验教学质量。
