20%噻菌铜对植烟土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用室内模拟试验方法,研究了20%噻菌铜对植烟土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,噻菌铜对蔗糖酶表现为先抑制后激活的作用;对脲酶表现为“抑制→激活→抑制”的作用;对过氧化氢酶表现为先激活后抑制的作用。20%噻菌铜浓度不同对3种酶的影响也不同,浓度越高,影响越强烈。试验进行30d后,20%噻菌铜对植烟土壤3种酶的影响减弱,即对供试土壤生态环境影响减弱。

Effect of 20% Thiodiazole-Copper on Enzyme Activity in Tobacco Planted Soil

Abstract:Effects of 20% thiodiazole-copper on activities of sucrase, urease and catalase in tobacco planted soil were analyzed by lab simulation. The results showed that sucrase was influenced by thiodiazole-copper and could be described as a process of inhibition→activation, the effect of thiodiazole-copper on urease presented a process of inhi bition→activation→inhibition,and the effect on catalase performed as a process of activation→inhibition. In addition, effects of 20% thiodiazole-copper with different concentration on each enzyme above-mentioned were distinguished, and the higher concentration, the stronger influence. After 30 days' experiment, the trend, of which effects of 20% thiodiazole-copper on activities of three enzymes above in tobacco planted soil appeared reducing, which indicated that 20% thiodiazole-copper weakened the effects on ecological enviroment of soil for trail.
