摘    要:从财经类院校食品专业人才培养的现状入手,明确食品专业的培养目标,依据财经类院校特点,创建动态培养模式,进行合理的专业培养方案调整,建立创新人才培养的保障体系,培养适应社会发展的复合型人才。
