黑龙江省农产品营销管理体系存在的问题及对策

摘    要:随着市场经济的发展,黑龙江省初步建立了农产品营销体系。但目前依然存在一些问题,如:农产品营销管理机构不健全、农产品市场体系基础设施建设差、农产品物流配送体系发展滞后、农产品品牌优势没有形成和信息网络建设薄弱等等,因此,急需构建现代农产品营销管理体系。具体对策:完善农产品营销管理机构的职能;加强农产品批发市场基础设施建设;重视对农产品物流技术的研究;实施农产品品牌战略;加强农业信息网络建设。

Abstract:With the development of the market economy,agricultural products Marketing system was preliminary set up in Heilongjiang Province.But,there are still some problems at present.Such as: Agricultural marketing management institution is not sound;The infrastructure construction of agricultural product market system is poor;Agricultural logistics distribution system development lags behind;Agricultural brand advantages have not been formed;Construction of information network is weak.So,the modern agricultural marketing management system must be constructed in urgent need.Specific measures can be taken as follows: to perfect the functions of agricultural marketing management agency;to strengthen agricultural wholesale market infrastructure;to pay attention to the study of agricultural logistics technology;to implement agricultural brand strategy;To strengthen the network construction of agricultural information.
