| 摘 要： | 针对日本红枫的不同外植体部位、基础培养基类型以及不同浓度比例激素组合，进行愈伤组织诱导及增殖分化培养的研究。结果表明：以日本红枫嫩茎为外植体，愈伤组织启动诱导效果优于叶片；获得的愈伤组织增殖，最佳培养基组合为wPM培养基＋IAA（0．2mg／L）＋6-BA（0．6mg／L）；愈伤组织分化培养，WPM培养基＋IAA（0．1mg／L）＋6-BA（2．0mg／L）有不定芽发生。

| Abstract: | Studied the effect of different explants of Acerpalmatum, based mediums and phytohormone ratios on the induction and differentiation of Callus of Acerpalmatum. Results showed that the effect of Induction of Callus was better when tendergreen stem were used as explauts than leaf.the optimal proliferation medium of callus was WPM＋IAA （ 0.2mg/L ） ＋6-BA （ 0.6mg/L ） ,WPM＋IAA （ 0.1mg/L ） ＋6-BA （ 2.0mg/L ） had great effect on adventitious buds induction. |
