摘    要:目的]探讨Penac-T对于大鼠生长和免疫器官及肝脏羟自由基生成的影响。方法]以8~9周龄大鼠为研究对象,分别用1500、300和60 mg/kg Penac-T给大鼠灌胃,以3 ml/kg蒸馏水灌胃为对照,处理15 d后剖检大鼠并测定大鼠的胸腺指数、脾指数和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果]试验期间大鼠发育正常,精神状态良好,活动正常,采食及饮水情况良好,无特异性疾病症状。3个试验组大鼠的增重量都比对照组明显提高。胸腺指数中剂量组和低剂量组比对照组升高,脾指数低剂量组比对照组增加。3个剂量的Penac-T对肝组织中MDA的生成都有较大抑制作用。结论]Penac-T对大鼠的免疫器官有一定的影响。
