摘    要: 枯草芽孢杆菌CG24是一株烟草野火病菌拮抗菌,本文采用单因素实验和响应面法对该菌株发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明CG24菌株在培养温度32℃初始pH 7.5装液量50mL/150mL和接种量4%的NA培养液中振荡培养28h,其代谢产物的抑菌活性作用最为显著。通过单因素实验确定了影响菌株CG24生长的培养基主要因素为葡萄糖、酵母膏和氯化钙,对3个因素进行响应面优化分析,确定最优发酵培养基为:葡萄糖40g/L酵母膏7.55g/L氯化钙0.72g/L,抑菌圈直径比优化前提高了25.72%,为该菌株以后的扩大培养和微生态制剂的开发应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Bacillus subtilis s an antagonistic bacterium to tobacco wild fire.The fermentation condition  subtilis CG24 optimized through single factor test and response surface method. The results showed that the metabolites of antibacterial activity was pronounced in the culture of 32℃, the initial pH 7.5, liquid volume of 50mL/150mL and 4% inoculation quantity cultured 28h. By the single factor experiment, the main factors f strain CG24 were the glucose, yeast extract and calcium chloride.By response surface optimization analysis,the optimal fermentation medium was glucose 40g/L,yeast extract 7.55g/L,calcium chloride 0.72g/L.The optimization of formulation antibacterial circle diameter was improved by 25.72%.It lays a foundation for the strain incubation and micro ecological preparation application.
