云南省瓜类细菌性果斑病的鉴定

摘    要: 瓜类细菌性果斑病(BFB)是严重危害葫芦科作物的细菌病害。2009—2010年,通过田间调查,发现云南西双版纳州和普洱市部分地区的西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)和甜瓜(Cucumis melo)上出现疑似瓜类细菌性果斑病病害发生。通过菌株分离纯化、菌体形态和菌落形态特征、革兰氏染色、致病性测定、微生物鉴定系统测定、分子鉴定等方法进行诊断鉴定,结果表明获得的yn2和yn3菌株与西瓜噬酸菌(Acidovorax citrulli) 的特征一致。确定了云南省已有瓜类细菌性果斑病分布,为云南省首次报道。

Abstract:Bacterial fruit blotch of melons causes serious damages on the crops of cucurbits worldwide. From 2009 to 2010, suspected samples of melons were found from watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) and muskmelon (Cucumis melo) in Xishuangbanna and Puer prefectures of Yunnan Province by field survey. Two isolates, yn2 and yn3,with the same characteristic of Acidovorax citrulli were identified through pathogen isolation and purification, mycelia morphology and colony shape observation, gram staining, pathogenicity test, biolog automated microbial identification and susceptibility system, and molecular identification. It was confirmed that bacterial fruit blotch of melons occurred in Yunnan Province. This is the first report for this disease in Yunnan Province.
