| 摘 要： | 目的]为明确不同育苗方式对烟苗素质的影响，方法]分别使用CK普通托盘育苗、CK-f常规漂浮育苗、B1爱乐跑纸杯（丹麦）、B2普通纸杯、B3育苗块进行育苗试验。测定不同处理下茎发育情况、叶片色素含量、根系生物量、根系构型和根系活力。结果]结果表明：漂浮育苗烟苗主茎更细长，育苗块处理烟苗主茎更粗壮；漂浮育苗及纸杯育苗叶片色素含量较高；托盘育苗可以显著增加根干重，其中普通托盘育苗和爱乐跑纸杯（丹麦）处理根干重最大；普通托盘育苗总根长、总表面积、根系总体积显著大于其他处理，育苗块处理根平均直径显著大于其他处理；普通托盘及普通纸杯处理根系活力显著大于其他处理。结论]因此，普通托盘育苗能够有效促进烟苗的发育，更适宜于实际烟苗生产。

Effects of different seedling raising methods on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings |

| Abstract: | Objective]Method]In order to clarify the effects of different seedling raising methods on the quality of tobacco seedlings, CK ordinary tray seedling raising, CK-f conventional floating seedling raising, B1 Ai Lepao paper cup (Denmark), B2 ordinary paper cup and B3 seedling block were used for seedling raising experiments. The stem development, leaf pigment content, root biomass, root architecture and root activity under different treatments were measured. Result]The results showed that the main stem of floating seedling was more slender, and the main stem of seedling block treatment was stronger; the pigment content in the leaves of floating seedling and paper cup seedling was higher; tray seedling could significantly increase root dry weight, and the root dry weight of ordinary tray seedling and Ailepao paper cup (Denmark) treatment was the largest; the total root length, total surface area and total root volume of ordinary tray were significantly greater than those of other treatments, and the average diameter of seedling block was significantly greater than that of other treatments; the root activity of common tray seedling and common paper cup was significantly higher than that of other treatments. Conclusion]Therefore, ordinary tray seedling raising can effectively promote the development of tobacco seedlings and is more suitable for tobacco seedling production. |
