| 摘 要： | 针对目前变型拖拉机使用现状，存在事故多发的问题及原因分析，发展趋势的研究，提出加强监管的四条措施。突出严格登记、严格监管、严格检查、严格教育“四严”管理法，有效遏制变拖事故的高发势头。

| Abstract: | According to the using actuality of derivative tractor, the article analyzes the causes of the multiple accidents and researches the developing tendency of derivative tractor. On this basis, this article proposes four measures to intensify supervision： strict registration, strict supervision, strict check and strict education. These four measures will effectively contain the high incidence of derivative tractor. |
