| 摘 要： | 适时推进农业综合开发引导支持新农村建设工作，是财政部门和农发机构贯彻落实中央关于新农村建设、和谐社会建设战略部署的重要举措。赤壁市农业综合开发坚持以区域资源优势为依托，以支持农业科技推广示范为中心，以建设优势农产品生产基地推进优势产业为重点，以建设新农村为突破口，毫不动摇地贯彻“两个着力，两个提高”的方针，创新农业开发机制，农业开发水平不断提升，服务新农村建设能力不断增强。
