柑橘绿霉病菌拮抗放线菌MY-5的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:从广东省各地区水果园和蔬菜地采集土壤23份,采用稀释平板法分离获得放线菌212株。以柑橘绿霉病菌为目标菌,采用抑菌带测定法,筛选获得9株具有拮抗活性的菌株,其中菌株MY-5拮抗活性最强,抑菌带宽达18.67mm,同时对其它13种果蔬采后病害也有较强的拮抗作用。通过对菌株MY-5形态观察、培养特征、生理生化反应和16SrDNA鉴定,该菌株为链霉菌属吸水类群(Streptomyces hygroscopicus)。

Abstract:The aim of the study to screen anti-microorganism and find new active metabolites for control postharvest disease of fruit and vegetables. Two hundred and twenty-one actinomycetes strains were obtained from twenty-three soil samples collected from fruit orchards and vegetable fields in different parts of Guangdong Province. 9 strains showed antagonistic activities against Penicillium digitatum Sacc. Among them , strain MY-5 exhibited the strongest antibiosis capacity with an inhibitory zone of 18.67 mm. Strain MY-5 was identified as Streptomyces hygroscopicus according to its 16S rDNA sequence analysis , and the morphological , physiological and biochemical characteristics.
