摘    要:提出了一种支持小型农业作业机(SAM)产品开发的可重构设计方法,将实例推理技术(CBR)应用于可重构设计过程中,对CBR技术进行了系统分析,并以SAMJSX5D型的变速箱可重构设计结合CBR推理方法为实例,证明在共用通用变速箱模具的设计约束下,可满足客户的个性化需求。上述设计方法在SAM产品设计中充分利用了企业资源,实现了低成本定制生产的目的。

Abstract:A reconfigurable design methodology for small agriculture machinery (SAM) product development was proposed. Case based reasoning (CBR) technology was employed in the reconfigurable design process, and it has been studied in detail. With the design restriction of the die of gearbox shells, a case study has been conducted in the gearbox of SAMJSX5D reconfigurable design that helped to illustrate the proposed approaches. It showed that the proposed approaches applied in SAM product development made the best use of enterprise resources, realized customization with low cost, and satisfied the requirements of the customers.
