| 摘 要： | 主要考察了村庄权力结构与乡村精英的形成之间的关系。在调查资料的基础上,分别从"模化"的权力结构、乡镇政府的权力介入以及普通村民的政治参与热情3方面分析了其对乡村政治精英形成的影响。
