| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展和生活水平的日益改善,人们更加重视蔬菜产品品质的提高和无公害生产.蔬菜品质不仅受遗传特性的影响,还受外界环境因素的影响,其中灌溉水是影响蔬菜品质的重要因素之一.从灌溉水的供给量、水分亏缺程度、灌水方式及灌水水质等4个方面入手,分析灌溉对蔬菜产品品质影响的研究动态和进展,并简要讨论了灌溉水调控蔬菜品质的未来发展趋势.
