| 摘 要： | MapGIS和AutoCAD各具特点，各有优势，已被广泛应用于土地开发整理领域。在土地开发整理规划设计中，灵活运用这2个软件可以准确提取数据信息、充分利用各种数据资源、提高规划设计效率并最终实现数据共享，这对不断提高土地整理技术以及保持耕地总量平衡有着重要意义。笔者从MapGIS与土地利用规划、AutoCAD与规划设计之间的联系入手，分析了实现两者数据共享所需解决的坐标转换和数据共享的问题，并以某土地整理项目为例，介绍分析了MapGIS和AutoCAD在土地整理中的应用，并完成了该项目的土地利用图和土地利用结构表。
