| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the formation reasons of librarian’ s occupation tiredness in circulating branch of university library,based on work load,salary and benefit,their daily schedule,and people they service to,etc.,by using some investigation data.By doing so,the author hopes it will do some help to improving the service quality of books circulation. |
