摘    要:分别用浸有初果期、盛果期、成熟前期的蓖麻叶片乙醇抽提物的滤纸,测定抽提物对小菜蛾幼虫的嗅觉反应;以上述3种抽提物浸泡过的包荣叶片为试验材料,测定抽提物对小菜蛾幼虫的取食行为及存活率的影响.结果表明:小菜蛾对不同生育期蓖麻叶片抽提物有明显的嗅觉反应,其中,对2龄幼虫的驱避率存80%以上,对4龄幼虫的驱避率在65%以上.不同生育期蓖麻叶片抽提物对小菜蛾的驱避作用不同,初果期的驱避作用较弱,成熟前期的作用相对较强.3种抽提物对小菜蛾低龄幼虫的取食屠有明显的影响,但对高龄幼虫取食量的影响不明显.蓖麻叶片抽提物对小菜蛾取食行为有明显的影响,与对照相比,在处理过的包菜叶片上,小菜蛾取食活动次数和每次取食活动用于取食的时间减少,平均取食间的间隔时间延长.成熟前期蓖麻叶片的乙醇抽提物对小菜蛾幼虫取食行为的影响明显较初果期强.抽提物对小菜蛾幼虫的存活率无明显的影响.

Abstract:Filter paper soaked with ethanol extracts from the leaves of Ricinus communi taken at early fruiting period,peak fruiting period and pre-mature stage was used to determine the smell response of Plutella xylostella larvae.The cabbage leaves dipped in the extracts were also used to observe the feeding behavior and survival rate of P.xylostella Iarvae.The smell responses of P.xylostella larvae to extracts of R.communi leaves taken at different growth stages were observed.The repellent rates of the 2th and 4th larvae were higher than 80% and 65%,respectively.The repellent effects of extracts form the leaves taken at the pre-mature stage to the P.xylostella larvae were detected more significant than those of leaves taken at the earlier two periods.The extracts of leaves taken at three different growth stages produced significant effects on the feeding of P.xylostella young larvae,but effects on P.xylostella old larvae were insignificant.Feeding behavior of P.xylostella was also affected by the extracts.Compared to the control,the feeding activity of P.xylostella weakened,including lower feeding frequency,less feeding time,and longer interval between feeding activities.In most cases,the ethanol extracts of leaves taken at the premature stage produced more significant effects on feeding behavior of P.xylostella larvae than the leaves at the early fruiting period.No significant effects were found on larvae survival rate of P.xylostella.
