淮河鲤鱼2个群体的生化遗传变异

摘    要:用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法检测和比较了采自淮河正阳关段野生群体和六安水产良种场养殖群体的淮河鲤鱼 8种同工酶约 2 5个基因位点的遗传变异。结果表明 ,2个群体的多态座位比例 ( 2 4% )和位点平均等位基因数 ( 1.3 )均相同。位点平均杂合度分别为 0 .0 97和 0 .0 86,与同科其他鱼类相比处于较高水平 ;2个群体之间相比 ,养殖群体平均杂合度低于野生群体 ,说明人为作用已引起淮河鲤鱼遗传多样性的降低

Abstract:The levels of genetic variation at 25 genic loci of eight isozymic systems in Huaihe carp were are determined by discontinuous vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) between natural population and cultured population from Zhengyang Gate of Huaihe River and Liuan Brooder Fish Farm respectively.Their proportions of polymorphic loci (24%) and mean alleles per locus (1.3)were same.The mean heterozygosities were 0.097 and 0.086 respectively,which was higher than those of other fish populations of the same family reported previously, and the heterozygosity of cultured population was lower than that of the natural population. It was suggested that human activities have decreased the genetic diversity of Huaihe carp.
