微量元素对宁夏粳稻愈伤组织绿苗分化的影响

摘    要:通过调整MS培养基中碘、硼、锰、锌、钼、铜、钴以及铁8种离子的有无及浓度,研究了微量元素对宁夏粳稻愈伤组织分化成苗的影响.结果表明:缺少碘、硼、锰、锌、钴的培养基对粳稻愈伤组织分化成苗影响不大,缺少钼的培养基对愈伤组织分化成苗有一定的影响.而缺少铜和铁的培养基则对宁夏粳稻愈伤组织分化成苗产生很大影响.在培养基中添加不同浓度的铁和铜元素的试验表明在铁盐浓度为0.05 mmol·L-1,铜离子浓度为1.0×10-4 mmol·L-1时,分化成苗效果最好,而此试验中设置的其他铁离子和铜离子浓度均对粳稻分化和生长均产生不利影响.

Abstract:Studied the effect of microelements I (iodine),B (boron),Mn (mang anese),Zn (zinc),Mo (molybdenum),Cu (copper),Co (cobalt) and Fe (iron) on green plantlet differentiation of callus for Ningxia Japonicarice.The results showed that I,B,Mn,Zn and Co gave little effect to green plantlet differentiation of callus,the Mo has a certain impact,and the Cu and Fe have a significant impact on green plantlet differentiation of callus.Adding different concentrations of copper and iron in medium,the result indicated that the most effective concentration for the Fe and Cu were 0.05 m mol·L-1 and 1.0 10-4 mmol·L-1,respectively.And the other concentration of Fe and Cu settled in this study were detrimental to green plantlet differentiation of callus for Ningxia Japonicarice.
