| 摘 要： | “红色村镇”的建设规划是社会主义新农村建设的工作重点之一，本文以湖南省浏阳市大围山镇为例，通过分析大围山镇的现状条件、发展优势和制约条件，对以大围山镇为代表的湖南“红色村镇”建设规划进行了深入的研究，并提出了建设规划的具体措施。
