半夏试管块茎直接再生技术的研究

摘    要:选用半夏的叶片、叶柄为试验材料,设计不同的培养基,研究植物生长物质种类和浓度、糖种类和浓度、叶柄的放置情况及光照与黑暗等条件对直接再生形成试管小块茎的影响。结果表明,叶片直接诱导块茎的适宜培养基为MS附加0.5 mg/L 6-BA、0.5 mg/L IAA 和3%蔗糖;叶柄直接诱导块茎的适宜培养基为MS附加0.5 mg/L 6-BA、0.5 mg/L
