仙草胶提取液脱色工艺的研究Ⅰ—树脂脱色工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了5种离子交换树脂和吸附树脂对仙草胶提取液脱色效果的影响,从中筛选出树脂D301,并对其脱色工艺进行优化。结果表明,仙草胶提取液树脂脱色工艺的最佳参数为:树脂用量3%,时间3h,温度50℃。在此条件下脱色率达95.5%,多糖损失率为15.5%。

Abstract:The D301 resin used to decolorize hsian-tsao gum was selected on five types of ion exchange resin and macroporous absorption resin, and the optimum conditions were carried out. The best result for decolorizing hsian-tsao gum was determined as follows: the volumn of resin was 3%, decolorization time was 3h and decolorization temperature was 50℃, under which the decolorizing rate reached 95.5% and the loss of polysaccharide was 15.5%.
