摘    要:为保护野生资源,实现人工栽培,以关苍术的根茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织的诱导和分化、不定芽生根、试管苗的生根继代增殖,以及试管苗的移栽和移植的研究,建立起关苍术组织培养技术.结果表明:MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+2,4-D1.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L是根茎愈伤组织生长培养的理想培养基;MS+6-BA 0....

Abstract:In order to protect the wild resources of Atractylodes japonica and realize their artificial cultivation,taking the rhizome of Atractylodes japonica as explant,the author studied the callus inducement and differentiation,rooting of adventitious buds,rooting and transplanting of test-tube seedlings of Atractylodes japonica,finally established its tissue culture technique system.The results show that the optimum medium for callus inducement and differentiation is MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+2,4-D 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L a...
