摘    要:研究干旱胁迫下二倍体和同源四倍体萝卜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率,过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,电解质渗透率和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明:干旱胁迫过程中,四倍体与二倍体的变化趋势一致:SOD、POD和CAT活性分别呈"V"、"W"、"N"形曲线变化,可溶性蛋白质含量先上升后下降,四倍体高于二倍体;O2-产生速率和H2O2含量先上升后下降,MDA含量先上升保持稳定后再下降,电解质渗透率整体呈上升趋势,四倍体低于二倍体。四倍体适应干旱逆境的能力强于二倍体,田间试验表明四倍体具丰产性。

Abstract:The author studied the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities,production rate of superoxide(O2-),malondialdehyde(MDA) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) contents,electrolyte leakage rate and soluble protein content in the diploid and autotetraploid radish under drought stress.The results showed that these changes had similar trends in the diploid and autotetraploid radish.The effect of drought stress on the activity of SOD,POD and CAT was V-type,W-tpe and N-type respectiv...
