摘    要:为解决三倍体西瓜种子的萌发问题,以三倍体西瓜种子为材料,研究了不同含水量的珍珠岩引发处理对三倍体西瓜种子萌发及其生理指标的影响.结果表明:引发处理不但显著提高了三倍体西瓜种子的发芽率和发芽速度,而且提高了苗期保护酶的活性及减少MDA的含量.不同处理产生不同的引发效果,其中珍珠岩含水量60%引发处理的效果最好.这说明适宜含水量的珍珠岩引发处理能够加快三倍体西瓜种子萌发速率和萌发一致性.
