| 摘 要： | 成人教育是国民教育的有机组成部分，也是高等学校向社会服务的具体体现。由于历史的惯性，多年来，体育院系的成人教育多偏重于学历教育，尤以函授为主，而忽视了成人教育的其他学习方式，尤其是职业培训，致使在社会转型的今天，原有的工作重心受到了冲击，个别院校甚至已难以为继。在描述体育院系成人教育发展历程的基础上，从感性认识入手，以理性分析的视角探讨了新形势下体育院系成人教育工作的转型问题，以期为体育院系成人教育的可持续发展提出具有建设性的工作思路。

| Abstract: | Continuing education is an organic part of the national education, and the embodiment of colleges which services to the society. For many years, due to the tradition of history, the continuing education of colleges biased towards the academic education, especially in the correspondence teaching, and ignored other learning mode of continuing education, in particular the vocational training, and that bring about the original work focus have been impact, individual colleges have even worse in today. This article is based on the development history of continuing education on sports colleges, from the perceptual knowledge to discuss the transformation problems in the continuing education of sports colleges under the new situation, and provides constructive ideas to the sustainable development of continuing education in the sports colleges. |
