苹果渣与玉米秸秆混贮饲料应用于肉牛育肥的研究

摘    要:目的]分析苹果渣与玉米秸秆混贮饲料对育肥肉牛增重效果、产肉性能及经济效益的影响。方法]采用随机抽样的方法,从体重(455±10)kg、年龄相近的西门塔尔杂交品种育肥牛中抽取7头组成随机样本,饲喂以苹果渣与玉米秸秆混贮饲料为主要粗饲料配合成的全混合日粮,试验期153d。结果]①头均日增重为1078.5g/d;②7头牛鲜物质与干物质的采食量为2.2021与1.0220kg/min;③屠宰率为60.45%、净肉率为47.79%、胴体产肉率为79.06%、肉骨比值为5.53、眼肌面积为101cm2、优质高档肉占净肉重68.7%;④育肥结束后,从出售活牛产生的经济效益角度分析,头均盈利182.4元,若从屠宰后出售牛肉(无等级区分)及牛副产品角度分析,头均盈利值增至803.6元。结论]在肉牛养殖中推广应用苹果渣与玉米秸秆混贮饲料,能在一定程度上达到降低饲养成本、扩大饲料来源、提高养殖业经济效益的目的。

Study on Mixed Silage of Apple Pomace and Corn Straw on Beef Cattle Fattening

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to analyze the impact on weight gain,performance of meat production and economic of fattening beef cattle,when feeding with mixed silage of apple pomace and corn straw.Method] Choice of 7 body weight(455±10)kg,age-matched hybridization Simmental cattle,using random sampling methods,were formed a random sample for the 153 days' experiment.Result] The results were followed:1.The average daily gains was 1 078.5 g/d.2.The fresh and dry matter fed by seven beef cattle in a minute were 2.202 1 kg/min and 1.022 0 kg/min.3.The dressing percentage was 60.45%,net beef percentage was 47.79 %、meat percentage of carcass was 79.06%、meat-bone ratio was 5.53,eye muscle area was 101 cm2 and percentage of high-grade meat was 68.7 %.4.The profit of each beef cattle was 182.4 yuan when live cattle saled and 803.6 yuan when beef and by-products saled in 153 days' feeding.Conclusion] The application and popularization of mixed silage of apple pomace and corn straw would provide a way to reduce feeding costs,expand feed sources and improve the economic efficiency.
