荔枝常温保鲜的研究

摘    要:研究了荔枝常温保鲜的技术,结果表明选用天然无毒的多糖复配自制的杀菌剂制成的保鲜剂处理荔枝,小袋包装(500g/袋)果实能贮藏12d,好果率89.2%;箱包装(20kg/箱)果实贮藏10d,好果率达84.7%。证明了多糖和自制的杀菌剂具有协同作用,能有效地延长荔枝的保鲜期。探讨了影响贮藏的因素,指出了荔枝常温保鲜的技术关键。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted with the techniques of storage for Litchi in room temperature.The results show that being soaked in the mixture with polysaccharides and our preservative,the goodfruit rate was 89 2% with smallsized packing after 12 day's storage.Under the same storage conditions the goodfruit rate was 84 7% after 10 day's storage when packing with ordinary box. It was proved that the duration of the freshkeeping of fruit was effectively extended by the condinated action of polysaccharides and our perservative.The main factor and the key techniques to effect the storage for Litchi in room temperature was also discussed.
