| 摘 要： | 葡萄新品种‘北玺’由‘玫瑰香’与山葡萄杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月底成熟。果粒近圆或椭圆形，紫黑或蓝黑色。平均单穗质量137.9 g，单粒质量2.24 g。可溶性固形物含量23.8%，可滴定酸含量0.52%，出汁率67.4%。抗寒和抗病能力强。酿制的葡萄酒颜色深宝石红，入口柔和、协调，酒体厚实，回味悠长。

| Abstract: | ‘Beixi’is derived from‘Muscat Hamburg’（Vitis vinifera L.） and V. amurensis. Berries mature at the end of September in Beijing. The fruit cluster is round or oval，purple black or blue black，weighing 137.9 g on average. The average weight of single berry is 2.24 g. The flesh is soft with 23.8% soluble solids content，0.52% titratable acid content and production of juice 67.4%. It has high resistance to cold and diseases. The red wine produced is deep ruby red with aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry. This well balanced wine presents a good structure，and is smooth and round in mouth with a long aftertaste. |
